Our Mission

The Zoology Educational and Research Society of the University of Buea (ZERS UB) - Alumni, is a non-profit and apolitical organization.


Our mission is to:

  • Maintain the relationship of alumni to the Department of Zoology & Animal Physiology (ZAP) and to each other through written and other communications, and social, academic and other events;

  • Award scholarships and other grants to deserving students of ZAP;

  • Raise funds by dues, contributions, events and otherwise, in order to support those activities which, result in the furtherance of the above.
